To handle all the post sales activities
• Documentation, preparing agreements ensuring the process-flow mentioned in the Operations manual.
• Auditing of physical booking file based on a checklist, Enquiry entry & Booking in ERP.
• Making sure all entries related to booking are entered in ERP.
• Recording payments made/received. Ensuring Revenue forecasting & timely collection of Revenue for all cases logged in.
• Maintain Good relationship with client.
• Solve their problems and queries.
• Regular client chasing to settle overdue amounts by reminder letters & phone calls.
• Help the organization to collect the due payments.
• Daily report entry with ERP System/MIS Reports.
• Educating customer about project details, keeping data base and information of individual customer.
• Raise timely demand letters based on work completion.
• Coordinating with bankers for disbursement, loan related documentation.
• Meeting Customers and Possession activities etc.
