Responsibilities • Handling quality management and quality control at batching plant and site construction technique • Supervising and ensuring the development as per the specification without violating government standards • Interacting & coordinating with engineers, contractors & staffs for making made the process clear • Responsible for cost evaluation techniques in mix design and calculating & ensuring the project’s cost is kept the minimum without losing quality and efficiency • Carrying out various tests on soils, etc. • Working with Concrete Mix Design, Bituminous Design, G.SB & WMM design • Overseeing quality control checks at site and managing field adjustments in materials and mixes • Implementing compliance of quality assurance plan, QMS audits and post Audits follow up

Achievements • Providing guidance & recommending improvements on production methods to reduce production costs • Monitoring incoming materials supplied by vendors and ensuring that they are as per quality & quantity specifications • Implementing project plans within deadlines and defining best practices for project support and documentation • Providing scope, resource and time estimates for projects presented to QA for testing and analysis
