NCR NO CABS Essential Functions: • Monitor a minimum number of calls per CA per week. • Evaluate monitored calls and document findings. • Report individual, team and floor wide results on a weekly basis. • Follow all company and center standards and guidelines. • Report any concerns or special circumstances to Operations Manager. • Be completely familiar with product, service, and script. • Be familiar with all post-production individual performance metrics as applicable. • Represent us and the client with a high level of integrity and professionalism. • Adhere to Company policies and support management decisions and goals in a positive, professional manner. Qualifying Criteria: • Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. • Perfect Attendance Record and Compliance record. • An employee of good standing. • Not currently under any disciplinary procedures or corrective action Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required: • Good written and oral communications skills. • Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter. • Analytical abilities • Ability to work with co-workers professionally and tactfully. • Ability to work varied hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
