Responsibilities • Daily calibration of pH meter, Weighing Balance. • Performing Raw water, In-process and finished product analysis. • Communication with outer laboratory for analysis. • Timely cleaning of all magnets, Metal detectors and check their effectiveness & action taken if found any deviation immediately. • Covering of all raw materials to be insured use after sieving or filtration. • All the filter jail (Mesh) used for the raw material preparation to be checked and cleaned timely... • Sampling and testing of purified water. • Growth promotion test for microbiological dehydrate media. • Preparation and sterilization of dehydrate media. • Decontamination of media. • To ensure the cleaning of microbiology lab and updating of record. • Fumigation in microbiology area. • Review of instrument /equipment usage log book and register ' • Responsible for daily temperature and humidity monitoring of instrument room & refrigerator • To maintain safety of product as per consumer requirement. • Preparation of standard solutions and standardization. • Maintaining the records of all testing, specification, summary report of supplier. • Perform Traceability & product recall.
