Coordinate with Vendor / Contractors for Pre-Qualification and submission of quotations/offers and prepare the comparative statement. Compilation and assessment of Pre-qualification of Vendors/Consultants/Contractors, Notice inviting Tender, Bill of quantities Compilation and printing of Tender Document (i.e. General condition of Contract, Special Condition of Contract, Technical Specification, Safety Manual, Bill of Quantities and Drawings) for issuing to Agency/Vendor/Contractor. Finalization of contract closure documents & issuance of virtual & final completion certificates. Preparing comparative statement Preparing of Contract Agreement Compilation and manipulation of Approval Note, Purchase Order, Work Order, Amendment or variation order. File/Record management of contracts, procurement & tendering and its continuous upgradation (Project wise). MIS Preparation Coordination with legal/finance department for vetting of documents. Good Personality and good English communication skills Negotiation & Interpersonal skills Should be well equipped with ERP knowledge Ready to travel must have own two wheeler. Must have experience in CNC Tool purchasing.
