Lead the Project from SRS to deployment Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Participate at all stages of Project development cycle Responsible for the timely Project Delivery Create Project Plan with detailed tracking & monitoring Ensure high quality of the project Motivate all team members Good at People Management 2. Good Technical Exposure to Microsoft platform .NET & SQL (Optional) Should have worked on an ERP / .Net Development project as Tester, Analyst or Developer Knowledge of Web technologies like HTML, CSS, Java A good lead and mentor for juniors
