Essential Skills: •Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Business Analysis roles, with a proven track record in Business Process Modelling, Requirements Gathering and project Handling. •Analytical and conceptual expertise •Fundamentals of project management •Good working knowledge of SDLC •Preparation of functional and technical specification documents. •Ability to understand and document requirements from clients. •Transformation of business requirements to software solutions. •Conduct weekly project meetings/reviews, identify problems early and proposing solutions. •Identify the gap between client requirements and test results. •Making sure projects are delivered within the project schedule. •Problem solving & decision making.
