Responsibilities In my current role as Head Global Presales and Inside Sales, of Quick Heal across all business verticals e.g. Enterprise, International, Government, Education and Consulting services for Entire Product Portfolio of Quick Heal: EPS(End Point), UEM, DLP, Asset Management, MDM, MobiSMART, Encryption, UTM, SWG, Services, Education and certification. I am responsible for Successful strategic alliances, channel ecosystem development, PEP (Partner Engagement Programs) Revenue growth for all verticals, Demand generation for products, Funnel improvisation, Successful POC/Tender/Demo, (Go-To-Market) strategies, Account mining via Cross Sell/Up Sell, PIP (Product Improvement Programs where I work with individual product managers to provide market feedback, Feature Request, Product Gap identification and analysis, Market Research, domain expertise to improve Product Road Maps, positioning and GTM strategy) and delivering executional excellence.
Achievements My department have directly involved in contributing approx. 62 Cr INR topline; Funnel grew by 72; Successful POC conversion rate grew by 64; QoQ (Q4) department revenue grew by 454; YoY (FY18-19) Revenue grew by 132 Achieved 80 renewal and 95 CSAT score during renewal among approx. 30,000 customer base
