Position SummaryThe production manager needs to be focused on completing all the orders received on time. He/She needs to have adequate experience and knowledge of quality standards acceptable for the export of Gemstone to countries such as USA, Italy, Germany etc. The candidate should be really focused on maintaining high quality standards, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working with principals and managers to implement the company's policies and goals
2. Determine order of work and schedule labors, Manufacture and suppliers accordingly.
3. To make sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
4. Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programmes.
5. Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
6. Oversee and manage all repairs and restorations.
7. Communicate with Manufacturing managers & make sure to fulfill customers requirements on time.
8. Make sure customers receive their correct orders in good condition and on schedule by processing shipments.
