*Develop applications based on clients requirements
*Ability to understand client briefs.
*Delivering functionality within these estimated effort and time frames
*High level of confidence.
*Should have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
*Knowledge of Jquery/Ajax will be preferred
*Should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
*Knowledge of open source cms like wordpress, magento will be preferred
*Hands-on any PHP based framework/CMS
*Must write efficient code with documentation.
*Can read code written by others.
*Must be a team player, posses a good attitude and be self-discipline
