Job Responsibilities : i. Take basic training on concept ii.Have to be hands-on and create, manage, maintain and repair the software and the website. iii. To be able to understand and work on the older codes and either improvise or fix bugs, as needed. iv. Have good understanding about word press for the development and maintenance purpose of Match[my]Talent's blog. v.Work under the supervision of Senior Developer / Lead Developer / Founder vi. Be flexible to work on different modules as per the requirements vii. Prompt & correct reporting for timeline & code quality viii. Fluency with online product management tools like Asana through self- training. ix. Knowledge of various departments and sub-departments and their respective role + interconnectedness with each other. x.Knowing each team member by their first name and being genuinely interested in them and their role at match[my]talent. xi. Bring discrepancies, problems and suggestions to founders as soon as you know of it. xii. Keeping timely and healthy communication all the time. 9. The requisite Qualifications for your job role are: Technical Expertise Required: i. Prior experience as a Php/Phyton developer. ii.2-3+ years prior experience designing and building interactive web applications. iii. Core PHP/Python with good knowledge of PHP version 5.4 iv. Knowledge of MVC framework like Codeignitor, YII etc. v.MySql (Good knowledge of MySql Database) vi. Javascript vii. Jquery viii. CSS3 ix. HTML5 x.Web Services(API) xi. Wordpress xii. Angular JS Desired Education, Experience, and Skills: i. Working experience with JQuery, Prototype and/or other frameworks. ii. Understanding and interest in analytics. iii. Prior experience with Web Services programming. iv. Photoshop and image processing/manipulation. v. Prior knowledge or strong research base of search engine development vi. Good understanding of mobile development (Objective C, Java, XHTML vii. HTML 5). viii. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer mobile, Engineering.
