HR Intern Job Description
Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including personal details of all new staff members and updating and accurately maintaining data of all existing employees.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
Co-ordinate all recruitment activities and induction process for new starters
Be accessible and respond to staff/manager enquiries in a timely manner
Source candidates from on-line job posting sites and conduct other internet searches
Assisting in interview scheduling including document preparation and completion
Working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite – primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Individual must be comfortable in a professional business office
setting and exhibit the highest level of business integrity and confidentiality.
