Roles & Responsibilities 1. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns 2. Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns 3. Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies. 4. Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing 5. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization 6. Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages 7. Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific 8. Create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes 9. Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with client goals Skill Set: 1. Passion for SEO and overall internet marketing 2. Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically and identify and resolve problems 3. Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills 4. Strong understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process 5. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills 6. Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, Word Tracker, Keyword Discovery, etc) 7. Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environments 8. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration 9. High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 10. Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools 11.
