1. Commis 1/Commis 2 – a. Need 4 strong Commis (can be 1 or 2 we are not fixed on that). b. Minimum 1-2 years experience c. MUST have worked in a continental kitchen d. MUST have basic knowledge of continental sauces, cuts and basic recipes e. Salary Scale – Rs. 12000-15000/- depending on experience. 2. Demi Chef – a. Need 2 strong Demi Chef b. Minimum 3-4 years experience c. MUST have worked in a continental kitchen d. MUST have good working knowledge of continental sauces, cuts and recipes e. Salary Scale – Rs. 18000-22000/- depending on experience. 3. Executive Assistant to the Director a. Need 1 strong Admin/Executive Asst. b. Minimum 2 years experience c. MUST have hospitality/service industry background d. MUST have had guest interaction experience e. MUST have EXCELLENT written & spoken English. f.
