No of Positions : 2 Experience : 3-7 yrs Location : Coimbatore Notice - 15-30 Days Skills Required. Primary Roles Good technical skills in VMware administration with realtime experience for minimum of 2 years in production support Must have knowledge in VM administration and troubleshooting tasks including vMotion, Storage vMotion, HA, DRS, Monitoring and configuration capacity issues in VMware environment Snapshot management for Virtual machines, Patch management for ESXi hosts using Update manager Active Directory, DNS & DHCP administration Web servers, Mail servers, Anti-virus servers Administration Experience with handling issues with ESXi hosts, vSphere related problem determination, root cause analysis etc., Knowledge with Disk Encryption, DLP & Backup Solutions Ticketing tool experience in handling Incident, Service requests & Change tickets Assisting/Overseeing technical support for end-user services and adherence to defined SLA metrics Team management which includes monitor, mentoring, guidance and technical training for the staffs Skills Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering domain with excellent communication and written skills Minimum of 4-5 years of experience working with MS Windows, VMware, AD, SQL etc., Minimum of 2 years experience with team management & vendor management skills Good knowledge and CLI experience with Linux platforms Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal team and project teams Multi-tasking, self motivated with good knowledge on ITIL process who works well in team environment with ability to meet deliverables Root cause analysis, KB article preparation, Documentation & Reporting of all incidents across organisation VMware certified professional (Windows Servers Certified also preferred) Flexible shift timings coverage & extend to work on demand basis
