Salary – Negotiable Job Profile o As a recruiter, a Recruitment and Development Manager’s primary role is to drive quality recruitment of a Life Advisor. o As a coach, a RDM’s role is to develop Life Advisors to make them self-dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their personal, social and professional growth with Life Insurance. o As a sales leader, a RDM’s role is to drive sales for the company through team of life advisors, motivate the team and lead them towards meeting the production goals of Life Insurance.
