1. Responsible for Overall Documentation, maintaining records, reports of Marketing Department.
2. Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
3. To perform data entry, updation/corrections/deletion of data and formatting project documents, forms and formats.
4. Provide assistance in Building Robust Data Management System.
5. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
6. Should maintain high accuracy & time limit for data entry.
7. To maintain a Document Register and maintain an up to date document control system which ensures an easy retrieval of files whenever required.
8. To receive, register, and proper filling of documents.
9. Catalogue of files and labeling items whenever necessary.
10. To ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing.
11. To perform other duties like scanning, printing, outdoor visits/ other places of work related like delivering any documents or related papers/ Banks, etc.
12. Should maintain high level of confidentiality.
13. Any other job as and when assigned by the HOD.
Salary: AUD 1,00,000 - 1,25,000 P.A
