Roles and Responsibilities - Concierge/ Member Relations: Manager all incoming reservations through our reservations line and app/ website. Process the reservations to various restaurants Solve customer queries and give dinning suggestions Outbound Marketing to our Members: Manage & deploy strategic outbound marketing campaigns to our registered members. This means you should be comfortable making calls to our current customers &members informing them about what specials we are running from time to time on required basis Work Timings : Two Shift timings - 10:00 am to 7:30 pm / 11:30 am to 8:30 pm The candidate has to work 2 Sundays from home from 10.00 a.m to 9.30 p.m for which they would be paid double pay plus a weekday off. One weekend off in a month. 6 months bond CTC - Rs.1.44 lakhs p.a to Rs.2.0 lakhs p.a plus incentives Qualification Good communication skills – Oral and Written Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality Intelligent and self-motivated; should be willing to work hard to achieve and exceed targets. Innovative, enthusiastic and a quick thinker Hospitality Experience is always a plus
