Medical Coders for Anesthesia (Mumbai, Hyderabad & Chennai) Job Profile/Candidate Profile: Any medical graduate (BAMS,BHMS,BDS, MD, MDS, MBBS etc) with ICD-10 certification with 6 months to 4 years of experience in medical coding. Job Profile: • Assigning ICD and CPT codes based on the medical records provided following ICD and federal/payor guidelines and client requirements. • Accurately assign ICD and /or CPT code(s) and sequence diagnosis and procedures per patient medical record. • Responsible for compiling data from medical records to document patient condition and treatment according to standardized coding specification. • Coding and auditing files when required. • Good command and effectively knowledge about Human anatomy, Physiology, Medical Terminology, and all systems of Human body. • Responsible for analyzing the medical charts, assigning the codes by maintaining high accuracy and achieving more than 100 productivity goals. • Understanding of coding guidelines, CMS regulations. • Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and code the charts accordingly. • Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time. • Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards. • Auditing for various medical reports • Ready to work in flexible shift timings 2. Data Abstraction (Medical Analyst) Job Profile/Candidate Profile: BAMS,BHMS, BDS, MD, MDS, MBBS BAMS,BHMS,BDS, MD, MDS, MBBS fresher’s or Experienced. Job Description • Review different types of medications and enter into the correct category. • Read different medications and analyze the correct pharmaceutical class. • Take proper action on the medications and update ion to the system • Post reconciliation enter notes on accounts / escalate to the correct department • Follow up with the client and track the status of escalated encounters 3. Virtual Scribes (Medical Transcription) Job Profile/Candidate Profile: BAMS,BHMS, BDS, MD, MDS, MBBS fresher’s or Experienced. Position Overview: The scribe would be responsible for managing US physician’s documentation on the electronic platform. The scribe would listen to the physician patient interaction and is expected to summarize the same in the electronic health record. This summarized note should reflect patient’s problem and physician’s plan around the same. The chart note generated by the scribe would be used by the physician as a reference document Job Requirements: Listen to the physician patient interaction Comprehend the conversation. Categorize and summarize the physician and patient interaction under different fields like history of present illness, review of systems, physical examination, plan details etc. Populate the summarized data in the electronic health record Generate the chart note.
