Company’s Brief:
Sri Nitya International Pvt. Ltd, under the brand name, scope Media, is an Out-of-Home Advertising company. The company has a network of digital signage screens in central neighborhood markets. The company has a network of more than 500 digital signage screens at high footfall areas like markets, metro and railways to capture the high reach & frequency of the captive audience.
SNIPL is now building upon its existing team for the Delhi/NCR network. It is building its sales team and hiring for: (1) Associate/Executive Level (2) Mid- Level (3) Top level sales team members.
Therefore, we are looking for candidate with aspirations and hunger to work in a fast growing environment. Hence, the candidate should possess the following:
• 0-9 years of experience as “Media Sales” primarily in the Out-Home industry.
• Candidate should be proactive to be a potential member of sales team.
• Candidate with sales experience in direct sales with clients will be preferred.
• Preference will be given to the candidate possessing good knowledge of the advertising industry.
• Candidate with a good network/PR of media planning agencies will be preferred.
Job Description:
• The sales team will be required to pitch the company’s medium to various media planning agencies for media tie ups.
• Upon media tie-ups, the sales team will be required to do indirect sales though the partnered media planning companies.
• Sales team will also be required to do direct selling (B2B) to various clients who buy media directly like Banks, Real Estate, and Institutions etc.
