Hiring Marketing Executives for a Reputed Real Estate company in Pune. Job Location: Ambegaon Exp: 06 months to 1 yrs in Sales and Marketing in Real Estate Sal: upto 12000 pm. Very Good in Excel Job Description: Rigorous follow-up of leads generated through various marketing channels. Attending clients for Site Visit-Following up with the customers, negotiating price. and ensuring timely closure of deals-Report on sales activities to management. Developing sales strategies.-Generating Sales from existing clients. Knowledge of MIS preparation in excel sheets and maintaining customer data. Good understanding and experience in preparing demand letters and payment schedules in real estate. Should have strong convincing skills and real estate market knowledge. Candidate profile: Candidates should have 06 months to 1 year exp in real estate Sales & Marketing. Strong verbal written, communication skills.-Good at negotiation Skills.
