1. Should have interest in direct sales of Products like Aquagaurd, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers etc.
2. To attend field meetings with customers punctually and regularly.
3. Must file DAR (Daily Activity Report) on daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, Phone number, address, etc).
4. Responsible for acquiring business.
5. Establishing and maintaining current and potential customer relationships.
6. Giving demonstration to the customer on products. The executive should understand technicality of the products before meeting customers.
7. Ensure adherence to defined sales process, code of conduct and rules of the company.
8. Should be able to convert solid leads given by company.
9. Should show quality of future leader, and develop managerial skills using available resources
