Job Description JOB TITLE: Manager - Cheif Business Mentor MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: The job holder is expected to be a self-starter who can create and drive initiatives through active participation across mid and senior management. · Job profile: · Able to source high profile advisors of life insurance industry in the area of operation. · Capable of bringing 12 to 15 high profile Financial Planning advisors/life insurance business associates, in a year. Able to manage a team of 15 high profile advisors/business associates and bring in a first year premium of 75 lac in a Financial Year. · Should be a go getter and passion to earn incentives. · Must have big/HNI call closure skills. · Process knowledge of life insurance is mandatory. · Able to train the team on life Insurance products, sale of combination of plans etc. · A result oriented professional, with a flair for identifying & adopting emerging trends & addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms. Key Accountabilities Ø CBM team build up Ø Activation & CBM Spread Ø Premium targets Ø Persistency WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITHIN BUSINESS UNITS: § Direct reporting to Regional Head § Second level to Channel Head EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Qualification: Graduate 2. Experience: Must have minimum 6 years’ experience in life Insurance sales, out of which two years of experience in managing a team consisting of High profile advisors/Business associates.
