Job Description Leading MNC Insurance Company is looking for Sales Managers to Develop DSA's & Direct Agents to sell the Insurance Policy Salary: Up to 3.5 Lakh Job Profile: Overall responsibility for Agent Relationship Management. Directly responsible for maintaining the profitability of the Financial Agent through sustained Grooming, Support, Training. Maintaining a proactive business strategy to generate new business and nurture existing relationships for the Agent to Grow and Earn very Healthy Income. Actively involved in handling marketing for the Agent and maintaining the organizations Brand while ensuring maximum presence of organization on the field. Compile various reports pertaining to process, progress and productivity of DSA / Agents. Focus on customer satisfaction to generate repeat business Networking and building relationships with trainers for training DSA / Agents to build and expand client relationships and Business. Candidate Profile: Candidate with bachelor/ master degree in sales & marketing with 2 years of sales/ institutional sales experience in Client Relations in ANY Industry will be preferred. Should have strong connections with People, Businessmen, Housewife’s, Retired Personals, etc. Should be proficient in MS office with excellent interpersonal skills.
