Designation:- LOGISTICS Executive/Freight Forwarding Job Description:- • Proactively manage the daily Operations of the Freight Services Division to include all Sea, Air and Road freight forwarding activities. • Actively develop client relationships at a senior level and be responsible for delivering services that meet the market requirements and offering smart solutions to secure new business. • Provide leadership, guidance and support to the team; train and motivate staff; develop appropriate succession plans • Manage all Divisional resources to ensure optimum utilization. • Establish good relationship with our customers and vendor • Update and maintain shipment information in our window based order processing program • Communicate with trucking companies, shipping lines, and Customers Requirements: • Very good communication skills (telephone and email) are essential as the interaction w/ customers and vendors on the phone and by email is a major part of the job. • Team player with proven ability to work well under pressure and CONSTANT deadlines . • solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions for dilemmas and problems . • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up . • Working knowledge of Microsoft office Products, especially Outlook and Excel . • Professional aptitude, presentation and demeanor . • Detailed oriented . • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is essential . • Can quickly learn new skills . • Prior International or Export experience preferred. Experience:- Candidates should have Experience from logistics or Import/Export Industry atleast 3 to 5 yrs .
