Responsibilities • Providing 24*7 Supports to the client as a Linux Administrator. • Incident management, Change management, Problem management and Administration of Linux system. • Worked on User & Group administration, Create, Modify, Delete User Profile as per request. • Experience on File systems like identifying the utilization of File systems, reduce the filesystem & Mounting the File systems. • Health checkup and monitoring for DB & APP Servers (Production). • Changing File & Directories Permissions. • Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the NTP service. • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes. • Provide support through Remote sessions, Email, and Ticket. • Taking necessary actions on Tickets requests as per priority and close them. • Escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists. • Creating Vendor cases for HP, Red Hat and Oracle. • Using SNOW and SM9 tool for Incident and Change Management. • Using HPSA (HP Server Automation) tool for Automating servers • Maintenance over 600 Linux servers.
