This position is responsible for the set-up and maintenance of all kind of information on ecommerce websites and in order management system. This position serves as the main support system of the Web Support Department. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Setup new products and offers on websites and in order management system Maintain pricing for all products Populate images on website to match current catalog Perform routine maintenance of all product on the web, including updated descriptions and photography Set up email promotions Populate homepage of the various websites with best sellers and featured promotions Check final email drafts before scheduling them Make changes to web pages as required Review web pages in multiple browsers and identify/correct operational or display issues Generate reports based on sales on various websites Other duties, as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Efficient in Microsoft Office software Understanding of HTML is ideal, but not required Self-motivated Listen to and follow directions Good time management skills Ability to be flexible and adapt easily to change Team player Good communication skills Perform quality controls on work Creative thinking and problem solving abilities Maintain a high level of accuracy in all work Job Type: Full-time Local candidates only: Mohali, Punjab Required education: Bachelor's
