IT Support Engineer
Job Description :
NOC handling, Customer Interaction involving issue handling and resolution over chat , mails and phone
To prepare and provide product updates, information and materials to distributors and customers
Assist in product demos To design and implement customizations like CRM’s, IVR’s and Reports
Linux knowledge - basic commands. , Experience of Linux / Unix system configuration
Knowledge of networking concepts like LAN Troubleshooting, WAN etc,
Skills required :
Knowledge of Networking Devices like switches and routes and Network Architecture
Willingness to travel with in India and Abroad.
Willingness to learn and work in challenging environment
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
Knowledge of Telephony ( PRI and VOIP )
