We are looking to hire IT recruiters for a US based IT Recruitment firm.
Job description:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Experience interacting with American candidates/clients/customers
• Professional attitude and career oriented individuals
• Willingness to work night shift (9:30pm - 6:30am)
• Flexible to work beyond normal working hours as and when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's Degree, preferably in HR
• Recruiting experience, proficient in sourcing techniques including Linkedin, monster.com, etc.
