Perform Job understanding and Job posting at various portals - Source adept candidates on the role using the available portals and Social networking sites - Perform initial screening on the resume and candidates in accordance with the job position - Acquire all necessary data on the candidate as per the JD and share with the lead. - Support the lead in further screening of the candidate before being shortlisted on the job position - Involve in client interaction in presenting the candidate and statistics - Actively involve in closing of priority requirements. - Actively involve in Team meetings / Management meetings for bettering of team and company performance. Location: Basavanagudi, Bangalore Timings: 9 am to 6 pm, 5 days in a week Compensation: Best is standards, gauged with talent value + incentives/benefits
