Job Description :
Relevant experience in Recruitment is mandatory
Handling end to end sourcing activity for the open positions & filling the positions within TAT.
Assisting the current team on creating sourcing strategies, maintaining database.
Candidate Profile: Good command in spoken & written English is mandatory.
Should have very good understanding of end to end Recruitment Cycle.
Should have experience of various selection & recruitment process (telephonic interview, mass mailing, cold calling)
Education-Any Graduate( Freshers are also welcome)
