Job Description:
Ø Understanding about the client Requirement.
Ø Sourcing Candidates through Portals, Reference and Head Hunting.
Ø Job Posting, Sending Bulk Mail for the requirement.
Ø Validating the profiles according to the Client Requirements.
Ø Conducting telephonic interview.
Ø Interacting with TL, coordinating Interviews & receiving feedback.
Ø Scheduling interview for shortlisted candidates.
Ø Co-coordinating with the candidates until they join.
Ø Follow up till closure.
Ø Maintaining database, maintaining individual master tracker& individual sales tracker.
Ø Good Negotiation Skills.
