- Looking for young & Energetic candidates preferably Graduates and Post Graduates - Excellent English Communication skills - Sourcing, Screening & Interviews - Sourcing profiles from Job portal, networking sites, Own Database, Competency mapping - Should be responsible for maintaining and accurately updating the Employee Database. - Ready for On Campus Interviews and Marketing - Generating Walk-ins, doing screening and Interviews - Interview Coordination and Follow ups - Handling on boarding process to ensure the joining formalities are carried out smoothly - Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence - Telephonic Screening of the profiles Checking for Technical Fitment, Behavioral Fitment, Stability etc. - Maintaining and developing candidate database and trackers - Achieving the assigned target as per the role - Male and female both candidates preferred
