We are looking for an HR Recruiter/Sr. HR Recruiter for Pan India Consultant who can handle International BPO Recruitment for the clients.
Below mention is the job description:
1. Sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals.
2. Screening and skills assessment as per the job requirements.
3. Scheduling, Follow-up, Coordination with candidate to ensure show-up and feedback from interviewer.
4. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
5. Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop relationship and to understand overall needs and requirements
6.Consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager.
