Job Description:-
The position entitles the desired candidate to:
•Experience of HR
• To handle the front office and admin department
•Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills
•Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
•Attending Visitors and maintaining their records
•Coordinating with Clients/Vendors as per requirement coming
•Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
•Maintaining the Attendance Register.
•Maintaining the Office Records and Documentation.
•Taking care of employees Visiting Card.
•Taking care of services as per AMC, Office maintenance.
•Taking care of Stationery Issued Records.
•Making Travel Arrangements.
•Booking air tickets, hotels.
•Knowledge in MS office
Skill Set:-
The prospective candidate should possess:
Good communication skills, Computer knowledge is must, presentable, pleasing personality, smart worker, polite & sincere
