The incumbent will be working and assisting the Head of HR in the following:
Recruitment
Training and Development
Performance Management System
Compliance to all HR SOPs
Ensuring all statutory regulations – like PF and Gratuity (Should be well versed with statutory regulations)
Coordination on all HR related audits – ensuring that audits are handled very properly
Maintaining all MIS and in charge of all personnel files and ensuring upkeep of all personal files with full confidentiality
Taking care of employee engagement initiatives
Preparing offer letters; confirmation assessments; confirmation letters, file notes for approvals etc
Overall support in HR to ensure that the department is run smoothly and effectively
