Job Synopsis:
Location: - Dwarka, Delhi
Salary: - Upto 20 K
Profile: - HR (70 Recruitment & 30 Operation)
Experience: - Relevant 1 to 3 years of Experience in Real Estate
Develop and execute recruiting plans.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
Administrative duties and record keeping.
Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment.--Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.--Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.--Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.--Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Create and follow HR Policy.
Wages & Salary Administration: Salary Processing, , Making of Salary break-Ups, Leave Card record. .
Manpower Planning: Preparation Monthly Manpower * Recruitment & Selection: Advertising, Short listing, Scanning, Calling, Conducting, Interviewing, and Offering & Appointing.
Taking follow-up with consultant
Preparing of Salary and Leave Register on monthly basis.
Maintainig Employee Files with regular updates
Exit Formalities: Taking Exit Interview, Preparing Experience and Reliving Letter.
Joining and Induction: Completion of Joining Sets, Confidentially maintained employee records/files, Verification of Documents (Salary Slip, Certificates) and perform pre-employment , background checks (if required), Conducting the Induction Formalities for all the new joinees.
Employee Relations: Counselling, MIS Handling * Performance Appraisal: Quarterly performance appraisal for all employees, Calculating their output according to norms Productivity System.
Employee Engagement: Sending Birthdays and Anniversary Mails on Regular Basis, Arrangement for various events held on monthly basis.
Other Major Responsibilities: Handling Client for Corporate Wellness as a Admin Incharge, Coordinating with Corporate HR for corporate dealing,
Handling Admin Department-Inventory Management, House-Keeping Staff, Key Management, Maintaining-Courier Files, Maintaining Vendors Files for Coordinating for maintenance.
