1. To cater to the requirements of managing the Human Resource in the Group within the framework of the values, policies, rules & regulations of the Company.2. To conceptualize, formulate, implement HR Policies.3. To create an optimum balance of harmony between the management & staff.4. To strive and achieve a state of good employee morale.5. To practice transparency in implementation of HR Policies.6. To demonstrate genuine care of the manpower compliment.7. To lend support in maintaining a good standard of discipline in the factory.8. To ensure proper compliance of various obligations under various Labour Laws as applicable to the factory.
