Position: HR Consultant - Recruitment / Staffing
Location: Malad (West), Mumbai, India
Qualification: Graduate (B.Com/ BMS/ BBA/ BA/ BMM) / MBA HR
Experience: Fresher / 0-5 year of experience
CTC: 1 to 3.5 Lakhs per annum + Performance linked incentives
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing through various job boards, Social Networking Sites, through references as per the requirement specifications
* Short listing the candidates through various modes like telephonic screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
* Understanding Salary fitment and taking care of salary negotiations
* Follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments/ Clients informed of the same.
Desired Skills & Responsibilities:
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter, naturally driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude.
Must enjoy, and be COMFORTABLE on the phone calling into potential candidates. Must work well under pressure and tight timelines
Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates. Possess a proficiency in social media, Network recruiting.
