Job Description:
Ø Working on End to End recruitment process,
Ø Sourcing candidates through various sources like job portals, social networks and head hunting,
Ø Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites,
Ø Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short listing the right profile against the given requirement
Ø Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feedback
Ø Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board
Mandatory skills:
* Good Communication skills- both verbal and written.
* Maintain ongoing relationships with clients,
* Must be able to work in a team
