ROLE/POSITION: HR Executive JOB LOCATION: Pitampura, Delhi HR Recruiter: Primary Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc) 2. Create a comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be used to present to candidates and to post to job boards and internal gateways. 3. Work with Sourcing Analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role. 4.With use of Enterprise applicant tracking technology and innovative recruiting tools, review and select candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts, determine and instruct next course of action. 6. Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates. 7. Solicit and document hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process. 8. Disposition all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle (phone screen or higher manager interview). Qualifications Required: Must have significant recruiter experience, in multiple recruiting environments (i.e. more that one organization, agency or corporate) with a wide variety of job disciplines. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business and candidate needs. Ability to build strong relationships and positively influence clients and colleagues Should have strong problem solving ability. Proven ability to take initiative and look beyond current role openings and identify strong industry talent. PC skills and desire to work with new and innovative technology. Ability to accurately and articulately document information. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams; share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback. Previous experience of minimum 3-6 months will be an added advantage. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline. Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews. Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database. Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates. Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards. Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results. QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing or customer service environment strongly preferred. Knowledge of or ability to understand technical terminology and concepts. Excellent written and oral (phone) communication skills a MUST. PC literate in Windows environment including MS Office and the internet. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong networks. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is desired. Self confidence combined with openness to learning and applying new skills and concepts. Good sense of humor.
