We are hiring for Tech Support voice profile in windows OS or Mac OS. 1. Handling US customers thru remote/chat and voice sessions and providing technical support. 2. Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues 3. Should possess excellent knowledge on networking and OS concepts. 4. Should have excellent computer knowledge 5. Remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned systems/peripherals. 6. Diagnosis & resolving of the software issues highlighted/not highlighted by the tech sales and trouble shootings. 7. 100 voice Profile CAB Facility(Both Side). Rotational Shift(24/7) 5 Days Working Key Skills:- Good Communication Skills Excellent knowledge of either window OS or Mac OS. Good Experience in tech support either window or mac profile.
