Job Description-
* Responsible for sales of the Company's Underwritten Projects in plotted, residential & commercial sector and achieve sales / revenue targets
o Follow-up with leads provided by firms through various campaigns
o Generate referrals from existing clients
o Identify sales prospects, conduct initial client meeting, site visits and final closure
* Manage customer s through various stages of buying and ensure service delivery till possession using available firm resources
* Maintain customer relation and develop business continuity
Eligibility criteria-
* Good Communication skills
* Candidates with exposure in handling Clients.
* Ability to manages sales targets by showing attitude to work hard, smart and under pressure
* Relevant experience & knowledge of local market (desirable but not mandatory)
* Ability to work in teams and desire to learn, grow & adapt to a fast paced environment
