1+ years of experience as a HR Head/HR Manager.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication
Basic Computer Knowledge
Knowledge of employment laws & compliances
Time-Management
Review, Introduce and Implement company HR policies as per Industry Best Practices
Handling end-to-end recruitments and meeting the deadlines
Manage the HR team and admin staff
Coordination with Finance & other departments
Employee Management, Engagement & Training
One to One Meetings
Manage monthly and quarterly internal processes for employees such as performance appraisals/evaluation
Personable and Proactive
HR Enhancement
Experience - 1 to 3 yrs
