Job Description • Curtain Specialist - Developing initial ideas and acquiring key information about potential projects, discussing requirements in detail with clients (the brief) and setting project schedules; • Understanding clients' needs establishing final briefs; : Advise clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment and color coordination. • Considering materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiating prices; • Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project; • Producing 'sample' or 'mood' boards for presentation to clients; • Preparing detailed designs often using software; • Working in a team with other designers; • Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval. : Select or design , and purchase furnishings,art works, and accessories. • Identifying new business and selling services to potential clients; • Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry. : Making final inspection and handing it over to the client, including briefing the client on the use of space , maintenance and safety issues. Requirements Must have minimum 5 years of experience in interior designing with soft furnishings preferably. Should have a degree or Diploma in Interior Designing from a reputed institute. Should be efficient in innovative designs, design development , preparation of working drawings and coordination with service consultants , site team and vendors. Should have good communication skills and multitasking skills.
