Job Description: Responsibilities: Heading sales for the company in the western India region (Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, Nasiketc.), based in Pune / Mumbai, with special focus on the real estate companies Planning, targeting and converting potential clients in the entire region * Identify the decision makers and make presentations to company directors or senior management t * Make strong contacts within the real estate industry and gain access to key people in the industry Participating in negotiations & bringing deals to a closure Co-coordinating with top management & head of execution for delivery of services offered Targeting traditional & new sales channels Single handedly represent the company and the brand in all potential interactions in the region Key Skills: MANDATORY : Qualification - MBA / PGDM Desired Candidate Profile : Refined communication skills with a strong business sense Excellent oral communication skill with an ability to impress, influence and convince potential clientele Proven experience in Consulting/client services /real estate sales preferred Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining relationships at all levels Collaborative peer management style, Ability to work independently as well as a good team player Professional leadership skills- be open minded, diplomatic, have a participative management style: hands on approach to the work, project oriented Strong negotiation skills * Comes with a good client and client influencer network Fluency in English, Hindi Strong direct customer engagement higher designation/level engagement in areas of business development etc . * Strong performance track record High standards of personal and professional integrity * High achievement orientation Target Industry: Any but should have B2B sales experience.
