Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
understand the organizational goals and plans and execute training programs to meet client commitments
Build and maintain a trainer Pool
Build and maintain a vendor pool to support successful training implementation
Ensure superior performance by meeting, if not exceeding set targets while maintaining the desired quality parameters.
Support the sales team at various levels of the sales cycle to help in sales closure
End to end execution of training interventions with clients, following the ADDIE principle
Ensure effective training of Bodhih employees
Work within the boundaries of the organizations with respect to fitting into the Bodhih culture and style of working.
Provide help to the Business Development Team with closure of sales orders.
Interface between the prospective client and the trainer until the completion of the training assignment.
Undertake training assignments as and when required.
Oversee and actively contribute to all aspects of content development.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure smooth and flawless implementation of 100 of the workshops.
Ensure 98 trainer availability at all times.
Ensure suitable trainers for any training program within 1 working day.
Ensure desired session plan for any requirement within 8 hours.
Build a pool of good quality content with references, 3 modules per month.
Deliver training workshops with an average feedback of at least 4.5 out of 5.
Ensure delivery of training workshops by Bodhih’s pool of trainers with an average feedback of at least 4.5 out of 5.
Develop 3 new value additions every month for training programs that are being delivered.
Related business development support and organizational development consulting activities.
Related training coordination activities for successful training implementation
Keep abreast of the latest developments and trends in the training field.
Follow and maintain a series of training process related reports to ensure perfect organization, accessibility and retrieval of information at least 95 of the time.
Ensure that the performance is in line with all the related metrics.
Work as a team with other colleagues as well as with key members of client organizations to ensure greater sales effectiveness as well as successful execution of assignments.
Represent Bodhih in its completeness to both individual clients and client organizations by ensuring the company’s philosophy, competence and credibility are well established.
