Position: Senior Tech Support Associate No.of vacancies: 15 Job Description: Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software. Candidates Profile: • Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 8 months to 1 year • Must know how to close their own calls. • Must have good convincing skills. • Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses Benefits & Facilities: • Fixed Salary on 1st of every month in Salary account + High Incentives Daily Sales Incentives Attendance Incentive Monthly Sales Incentives • Hike of 15 -20 on last drawn salary Loyalty Bonus of Rs.5000 every year • Referral Bonus of Rs.1500 per candidate. • No extension of shift timings • High prospect of growth • Salary Increment after 9 months.
