ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and verify receipt of payments Negotiate with US trustees and attorneys Liaison with US counterparts Update system with accurate information Evaluate, determine and document appropriately Identifying deficient areas and action plan for the same Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets on Individual and Team level Achieve 100 compliance with the laws and regulations Lead continuous process improvement initiatives Provide On the Job training to new associates Any other duties assigned by manager. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES/ REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should be enthusiastic and ready to work in pressure. The role includes more than just typing and the candidate is expected to carry out other administrative duties too. These might include: 1. Maintaining spreadsheets and databases 2. Prepare reports 3. Maintain filing This position may require some responsibilities.
