Job Description
Handling incoming & outgoing calls.
Transferring calls to the correct concerned person.
Should have the command over company's product.
Solving customers' query.
Maintaining proper data base.
Attending visitors properly.
Should be soft spoken.
Should have patience.
Maintaining high quality standards of etiquettes.
Key Skills:-
* Candidate should be minimum 12th pass.
* Should have good communication in English.
* Should be a Team Player.
* Should be presentable.
* Candidate should be ready to work in service Industry.
* Fresher can also apply.
* Should have good computer knowledge.
* Should be good in guest handling.
* Experienced will be preferred.
Experience:- Candidates should have Experience from Hotel Industry at least 1 to 3 yrs .
